Who we are
Adrologic Private Limited (“Adrologic”, “we”) operates www.adrologic.com. Studios in Jaipur, India and London, United Kingdom. Questions about this policy or your data: contact@adrologic.com.
What we collect and why
- Contact form. Name, email, phone and message you type in. Used only to reply to you. Kept in our own system until the conversation is closed, then deleted on request or after two years.
- Usage analytics (only if you accept). Google Analytics 4 records pages viewed, approximate location, device and how you arrived, using cookies set by Google. Microsoft Clarity, when enabled, records anonymised session replays and heatmaps. We use these to understand which content is useful. Neither is used for advertising, and advertising features are switched off.
- Our own heatmap (only if you accept). A first-party script records where on a page people click, how far they scroll, and how long the page is actively in view, together with country and city (derived from your IP address at our hosting provider’s edge and then discarded), device type and the site you came from. It sets no cookies. A random per-tab id groups the pages of one visit and disappears when the tab closes. Raw data is deleted after 90 days.
- Server logs. Our hosting providers (Vercel, and our own server for the content system) keep short-lived technical logs, including IP addresses, for security and to keep the site running.
Cookies and similar storage
- adro_consent_v1 — your cookie choice (browser storage, strictly necessary, 12 months or until you clear it).
- _ga, _ga_* — Google Analytics identifiers, set only after you accept analytics (up to 2 years).
- _clck, _clsk — Microsoft Clarity, when enabled, set only after you accept analytics (up to 12 months).
- Nothing else. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, we treat it as “essential only” and never show the banner.
Legal basis
Replying to your enquiry: performance of a contract or steps before one. Analytics and heatmaps: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time above. Security logs: our legitimate interest in keeping the site safe. Where the GDPR, UK GDPR or India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act apply, these are the bases we rely on.
Who else sees data
- Google (Analytics) and Microsoft (Clarity) as our analytics processors, only after consent.
- Vercel (website hosting, edge location lookup) and our own content server hosted in the EU/India.
- EmailJS, which delivers contact-form notifications to our inbox.
- No data is sold or shared for advertising.
International transfers
Our providers may process data in the United States and elsewhere under standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, object to processing, or withdraw consent. Email contact@adrologic.com and we will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes
We will update this page when our practices change and note the date at the top. Continued use after a change means the updated policy applies.
